How we care for your product

Chosen with care
We choose high-quality fruit and immediately discard any fruit that falls short during preparation. Only fruit we’d happily eat ourselves goes into your order.

Prepared with care
Our team wears gloves for all preparation, and fruit used in our cakes is washed. We use wooden toothpicks and wooden centre support sticks for structure.

Protected for handover
Every product is sealed in protective packaging, ready for handover.
For fruit bouquets: Each fruit is cling-wrapped before arranging in our clean, sanitised environment. The bouquet is placed in a sturdy paper bag, sealed at the top with transparent wrapping.

Once your order arrives
- Remove all wrapping, decorations and supports before eating.
- Wash whole fruit with clean water before eating.
- Follow your product’s care instructions, especially for cut-fruit cakes.
