By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed at least one day in advance of delivery.

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on fruit availability and market rates.

Custom orders are confirmed only after payment and design approval.

2. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made within our specified service areas.

Delivery timings may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

If the recipient is unavailable at the given address, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.

Additional delivery charges may apply based on location.

3. Product Quality & Substitutions

All our bouquets are handcrafted using fresh fruits and flowers.

In rare cases, if certain fruits or flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with items of equal or higher value without prior notice.

The freshness of fruits is guaranteed at the time of delivery. La Fruita is not responsible for freshness issues after delivery due to improper storage or delay in consumption.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. Customization & Design

Every bouquet is unique and handmade, so slight variations in design or arrangement may occur.

We do not guarantee an exact replica of the reference photo but ensure similar quality and aesthetic value.

6. Allergies & Consumption

Customers are responsible for checking fruit allergies before consumption.

La Fruita is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by fruits, nuts, or add-ons used in the bouquet.

7. Privacy Policy

Customer information (name, address, contact details) is used solely for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to the complete Privacy Policy here.

8. Ownership & Copyright

All photos, designs, and branding under La Fruita are the property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
