At La Fruita, we take pride in creating beautiful, fresh fruit bouquets and cakes for every occasion. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific return and refund policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our fruit bouquets, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're committed to making things right when genuine problems occur.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your fruit bouquet arrives damaged or with quality issues, please:

  • Report the issue within 1 hour of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence showing the damage or quality concern
  • Contact us immediately via phone or message

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement bouquet (subject to availability)
  • A full or partial refund based on the extent of the issue
  • Store credit for a future order

3. Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 1 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time will not be eligible for a refund, as preparation has already begun.

Prior to 24 hours before delivery: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient
  • If no one is available, the order will be marked as delivered
  • No refund will be issued for unavailability at the provided address

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Re-delivery charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order (wrong product or missing items):

  • Contact us immediately with photo proof
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund

6. Allergies & Personal Preferences

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Allergic reactions (customers are responsible for checking ingredients before consumption)
  • Minor variations in design or fruit selection (as each bouquet is handmade and unique)

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 days and credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

8. Product Freshness After Delivery

La Fruita guarantees the freshness of fruits at the time of delivery only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Freshness issues arising from improper storage after delivery
  • Delayed consumption of the fruits
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or conditions post-delivery

Storage Tip: For best freshness, refrigerate the bouquet and consume within 24-48 hours of delivery.

9. Substitutions

In rare cases where certain fruits or flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with items of equal or higher value.

If you are not satisfied with a substitution, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery for resolution.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us immediately.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the problem

11. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • Abuse of our return policy
  • Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe
